ARSENAL

Client: ARSENAL, a Duluth duo that composes and performs electronic music.

We were excited when ARSENAL approached us to brand them, because this was a rare opportunity to visually interpret their music. The process for developing the logo was very straight forward. We needed to convey the intensity of their music as well as relate the imagery to their name. We felt a handgun was a natural, abeit risky choice. They loved it, and so did their fans.

When it came to the cover of their first EP, Insects, we went about it in a much more traditional manner. Several mock-ups were developed and presented, reviewed, revised, and presented again. We’re very proud of the final project which highlights photography by Łukasz Góralczyk.
